We appreciated the balcony, it was great. Comfortable beds in the rooms. Church of st Nicholas and other places worth exploring were within walking distance of the hotel. Nothing beats being in Premier Chippenham.

All was as expected, no complaints whatsoever.

Check-in was efficient and the staff was very helpful with our luggage. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near a supermarket and a restaurant which is a great convenience.

The hotel lacked a lift which made it difficult to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. The check-in process was slightly frustrating as the self-check-in desk did not work very well.

This hotel is just off the motorway, making it incredibly convenient for travellers. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable armchairs to relax in. The attention to detail is evident, with walk-in showers instead of baths. The location opposite the Morrisons supermarket and just off a busy roundabout means there are plenty of amenities nearby.
